JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective

The position will support the Manager of Entertainment to execute control room strategy and overall quality of fan entertainment. He/she will assist and help coordinate in the execution of theme nights, pregame and postgame concerts, halftime shows, and all in-game entertainment. This role will assist with the planning, implementation and execution of Miami FC events, including support of Miami FC Foundation events.

• Assist in the organization and creation of all game scripts to incorporate sponsored assets and any entertainment videos

• Support in the planning and execution of all game day entertainment elements including but not limited to anthems, coin toss, player introductions and procession, halftime shows

• Assist in the organizing of all edited videoboard elements.

• Support Miami FC Foundation in the execution of signature events.

• Assist in the coordination of Miami FC Hype Team, mascot, and in-game host, and DJ to ensure proper execution of in stadium promotions.

• Assist in updating any changes to game script in timely manner.

• Create ways to increase fan engagement touch points while leveraging the Miami FC brand.

• Support with the planning and execution of all pre-game & post-game concerts.

• Ensure all game day activation are executed in timely manner.

• Attend all game production meetings and relevant Miami FC/FIU Meetings

• Special projects as business dictates

• College/University degree in marketing, video production, communications, or related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective  

Position Summary: Responsible for overall customer service as the first entry point into the Miami Football operations. Additionally, provide outstanding support to the integrity of personnel information and supplement the Miami Football Club.

·       Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·       Receptionist who takes clear and accurate messages. Relays information to proper party with complete details.

·       Assists Human Resources in protecting personnel information, scheduling meetings, appointments and creating forms as needed. Scans documents/creates files.

·       Handles calendar for Senior staff  and Human Resources Director and records all vacation/sick leave requests and sends out monthly birthday information. Organizes office events.

·       Performs light typing, retrieving and opening of mail.

·       Responsible for ordering, inventorying supplies

·       Purchases laptops, equipment related to laptops and offices

·       Requests and Coordinates disbursements of access cards, keys (parking as needed).

·       Regularly assesses maintenance and cleanliness of offices

·       Ensures conference room presentable at all times

·       Contacts building staff as needed for maintenance items

·       Sends out and collates mail, fedex, courier services, USPS

·       Orders stamps and business cards

·       Liaison with IT provider for new employees/email addresses and separation

·       Manages use of Conference Room/Calendars

·       Calendars all office events

·       Maintains and Updates Emergency Contacts/Emails/ Phone Numbers/Phone Tree
